LSRP

The Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) program is a New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) program created to help expedite the cleanup of contaminated sites.

Launched in May 2009 under the Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA), the program gives LSRPs the responsibility for oversight of environmental investigation and cleanup. LSRPs will now provide the day-to-day management of site remediation and will ultimately certify that site investigations and clean-ups have been conducted in accordance with NJDEP standards.

JMS has two LSRPs – Joe Sorge and Todd Huffman – and a strong reputation at the NJDEP for integrity, sound approaches to environmental remediation services, thoroughness and timeliness. We take a helpful, but firm and outcome-directed approach, fully aware and mindful of our strict code of ethics as LSRPs.
